Interlaken Ice Cream Dash

The Interlaken Ice Cream Dash is a summer weeknight trail run held in Interlaken Park, Seattle, WA, featuring 5k and 10k distances. Set in a 51-acre forested park between Montlake and Capitol Hill, the course starts with a flat out-and-back on a historic paved road closed to traffic, then ascends steep dirt trails with challenging climbs and thrilling descents. Runners complete laps of 2.5k each—two laps for 5k and four for 10k.
