Event overview
The Inua 5k Run and Walk is scheduled for February 28, 2026 in Orlando, FL. The event supports Inua Partners in Hope, a program that works with orphaned and vulnerable youth in Kenya. Over the past nine years the event has raised more than $250,000 for that program. The race includes in-person and virtual options.

Location and course
The start and finish are in Lower Blue Jacket Park by Lake Baldwin in Baldwin Park. The course is a loop that begins and ends in the park, follows sidewalks and a paved trail around Lake Baldwin, and returns to Blue Jacket Park. Bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are not allowed on the course. The use of headphones is discouraged. Parking is available along Upper Park Road, Lower Park Road, and in the public lot off General Rees Avenue.
Registration, packet pick-up, and fees
In-person entry fees vary by date, with a listed virtual fee. Packet pick-up is at the Reeves Center on the days before the race and at the start area on race day. Virtual participants can pick up shirts and medals during packet pick-up or request mail delivery; a shipping fee applies for mailed packets.
Awards and extras
Awards are given to the top three overall males and females and to top three in each age group. Kids' Run finishers receive a medal; T-shirts and finisher medals are provided for the 5k and virtual 5k. Teams of five or more receive an entry discount and fundraising options are available.
