Irish Eyes are Mile'ing

The Irish Eyes are Mile'ing 5K is an annual running event held in Ocala, Florida, benefiting the local youth running club, Ocala Distance Project. The race promotes a lifelong love of distance running and emphasizes hard work and dedication. The event features a 5K course starting and finishing at Citizens Circle in Ocala.

Participants receive medals for the first 175 finishers, with awards for overall and masters categories, as well as age group awards in five-year increments. A fun post-race Krazy Kilt Contest encourages runners to wear festive Irish attire. Virtual race options are also available, allowing participants to run remotely.
