iRun WNY New Year's Day

The iRun WNY New Year's Day 5K is held at Fort Niagara State Park in Youngstown, New York. This scenic race starts and finishes near the historic Old Fort Niagara lighthouse, featuring a USATF-certified course that runs counter-clockwise on New Year's Day. Participants can also choose to run the New Year's Eve 5K on a clockwise course or both races with a special discount.

The event offers a festive atmosphere with a large heated tent for post-race celebration, music, snacks, and awards. The first 125 finishers receive custom finisher medals, and age group awards are given as decals for the medals. Free parking and water stations are provided.
