Itasca Oktoberfast 5K

Itasca Oktoberfast 5K is the fifteenth annual race hosted by the Itasca Runners Club in downtown Itasca, Illinois. This chip-timed 5K follows a fast, scenic neighborhood route through Itasca, finishing downhill into Usher Park for a post-race party with music, food, drinks, and awards. Proceeds support local organizations focused on helping families in need and promoting healthy, active lifestyles.

The event is run by a non-profit Itasca Runners Club, a member of Road Runners of America. Packet pickup is available at a local running shop, with race-day pickup also offered.
