The Jack 15 Road Race, held annually in Brookings, South Dakota, is the oldest road race in the Midwest, celebrating its 63rd running in 2025. The event features a challenging 15.2-mile course from White, SD, to the Campanile in Brookings via county roads. Runners can compete individually or as part of relay teams with options for 2, 3, or 5 members covering various distances.

The race offers medals to all finishers of the full distance and prize money for top male and female finishers.
