About the race
Jack O'Lantern Jog 5K and 1-mile Fun Run takes place at Sandy Creek Nature Center in Athens, Georgia. The course runs entirely within Sandy Creek Park along the Oconee River Greenway, on paved surfaces, and is USATF-certified (GA19034DJ), making it a Peachtree-qualifier. The event offers a Goblin 1-mile Fun Run and the 5K Jack O'Lantern Jog, with unique themed awards for overall and masters divisions and age groups, plus a candy-filled finish for kids in the fun run.
