The Jingle Bell event takes place on December 6, 2025 in Hartfield, Virginia, at 6198 Stormont Road (ZIP 23071). The program includes:

Course and additional information
The 5K follows mixed-surface cart paths on the back nine of the Piankatank River Golf Club. The course is described as mostly flat with a notable hill near the end. The event limits participation to 200 entrants. Pets are not allowed; jogging strollers are permitted. Child watch is provided during the 5K.
A post-race celebration at the clubhouse includes hot chocolate and popcorn for Fun Run participants and pizza for 5K participants. Participants age 21 and over with valid identification are listed to receive two complimentary beverage tickets. Holiday crafts and Christmas music are part of the post-race activities. The YMCA and Middlesex County Public Schools request donations from a teacher wish list; donations may be dropped off at the YMCA during packet pickup.
