John Holmes Trail Run

The John Holmes Trail Run, held in Brooksfield, Florida, is the Southeast's oldest 50K trail race, celebrating its 33rd running in 2025. The event offers three distances: 50K, 16 miles, and 9 miles, all starting and finishing at the Tucker Hill Fire Tower within Croom Park and the Withlacoochee State Forest. The course features scenic trails through longleaf pines, scrub oak hills, creek bottoms, and cypress ponds, providing a challenging and beautiful running experience.
