Josh Lee Memorial 5K

The memorial 5K Run takes place in Spartanburg, South Carolina, featuring a single 5K distance. Proceeds benefit the USC Upstate memorial scholarship fund, supporting the university’s cross country and track & field programs. The event marks its 10th anniversary, held on October 11 to commemorate the day of the tragedy.

Early packet pickup is at the Hodge Building on USC Upstate’s campus (800 University Way, Spartanburg). All finishers receive a custom memorial 5K medal, and awards are given in multiple age groups, including top overall and various age categories.
