Kansas City Temple Run
The Kansas City Temple Run is an annual community event held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Liberty Stake Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Established in 2011, it attracts over 2,000 participants each year. The event features a variety of activities including a timed 5K run, an untimed 5K run, a 3K walk, and a Kids Dash for ages 1 to 12.
It promotes family-friendly participation, encouraging runners, walkers, and children to join. The run supports local charities, with recent partnerships benefiting organizations that assist homeless and vulnerable populations. Participants can also purchase event T-shirts, and pets, scooters, and bikes are not allowed on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
