Karis' Cause 5K

The Karis' Cause 5K is a community running event held at Rotary Park on the OSU-Newark/COTC campus in Newark, Ohio. It features a paved 5K course that runs alongside the scenic campus and near Raccoon Creek, crossing SR 16. The event offers a timed 5K race, a non-timed fun run/walk, and a virtual 5K option, welcoming participants of all skill levels.

All finishers receive medals, with trophies awarded to top overall and age group finishers. Race packets include a custom t-shirt and bib, with water and refreshments provided.
