The Kat'cina Mosa 100K Mountain Run is a highly challenging and scenic ultramarathon held in the Wasatch Mountains near Provo, Utah. The course is a difficult loop featuring approximately 48% dirt trails, 44% dirt roads, and 8% paved surfaces, with a total elevation gain and loss of about 15,000 feet. Runners face three major climbs totaling 11,000 feet by mile 28.5, with an additional 3,000 feet of climbing in the latter half.

Nearly half the route overlaps with the Squaw Peak 50 course but in reverse. This event also serves as the USATF Utah State Championship 100K race, offering awards for various age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
