Kentucky Nurses Association 5K Fun Run/Walk

The Kentucky Nurses Association 5K Fun Run/Walk is a community event held at Freeman Lake Park in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Scheduled for September 6, 2025, this 5K run/walk promotes health and celebrates the contributions of 90,000 nurses across the state.
