Know Hope 5K Walk Run

NCVAN’s 13th Annual Know Hope 5K Walk Run is held in Garner, North Carolina, at Lake Benson Park (Shelter 1). The event offers a 5K in-person race and a Virtual 5K. The certified 5K course loops around Lake Benson and White Deer Park, suitable for runners and walkers.

It is a timed race for competitive participants and a self-paced walk to remember victims of homicide and to support loved ones affected by violent crime across North Carolina. Participants can form fundraising teams. Special features include a virtual option with RaceJoy, online leaderboards, and awards for Top Overall, age-group winners, and Top Fundraiser Team.
