Labor Day 5K Race - South Plainfield

South Plainfield, New Jersey hosts the 33rd Annual Labor Day 5K Race and 1.5 Mile Family Fitness Walk at South Plainfield Middle School (2201 Plainfield Ave). The event features a 5K and a 1.5-mile walk for all levels. The route goes along the town’s parade route with cheering spectators, and participants can stay for the parade afterward.

Roads close to accommodate runners, and registration begins early. Prizes include overall cash awards ($100) for the top male and female, plus trophies for age-group winners. Entry fees are $20 for the 5K and $5 for the walk.
