About the race
The Lake Conestee 8k Run/Walk is a scenic trail race held at Lake Conestee Nature Park in Greenville, South Carolina. Covering an 8k (approximately 5 miles) loop, the course features soft natural trails, single-track paths, and wooden boardwalks crossing wetlands and rivers, with 285 feet of elevation gain. Runners experience diverse landscapes including shaded forests and serene lake views.
The event offers a welcoming atmosphere with music, post-race pancakes, and community camaraderie. Participants receive a custom finisher medal, race bib, tattoo, stickers, and free professional photos.
