About the race
Last One Standing Ultra Marathon is held in Saint George, Utah, on the asphalt Mayor's Loop along the Virgin River, with city and river viewpoints. Adult ultra covers 102 miles by completing 17 loops around a 6-mile course, with the final lap an all-out race to determine winners. A kids division runs a 5.3-mile loop.
It is self-supported, with an aid station mid-loop; runners must finish each loop within 90 minutes or be eliminated. Campgrounds at Crosby Family Confluence Park accommodate participants. Finishers earn a medal after the first loop; 102-mile finishers receive a belt buckle, and overall winners a champion's belt and prize basket.
