Laurel Ridge Community College 5K

Laural Ridge Community College 5K is a multi-surface cross-country style race/walk held on the Middletown Campus in Middletown, Virginia. The start and finish are outside the Student Union Building on Garland Snapp Drive. The 5K course includes a shorter lap around the back fields, a second lap around the entire back field, then returning to the Student Union finish.

The event is hosted by the CHASE Committee (Care, Health and Sustainability for Employees) with support from Shenandoah Valley Runners. Proceeds benefit the Laurel Ridge Student Food Pantry and the TRIO program aiding first‑generation, low‑income, and students with disabilities. The race is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, 2025.
