Let Freedom Run 5K

The Let Freedom Run 5K is held annually in Schertz, Texas, on July 4th, celebrating Independence Day with a festive community atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue as they run or walk the 5K course along the parade route, in front of thousands of spectators. The event takes place at 1400 Schertz Parkway and is part of a full day of celebrations including a parade, carnival, live music, floats, festival food, family activities, and a fireworks show.
