About the race
The LHSXC Turkey Trot 5K is a community running event in Valdosta, Georgia (800 Gornto Rd., Valdosta 31602) that benefits The LHS Cross Country Team. The race features a single 5K loop that starts at St. John Church rear entrance, travels through a sequence of local streets—Berkley Dr., Howell Brooke Dr., Mack Dr., Georgia Ave., Clyde Ave., Newbern St., W.
Park Ave., Michael Terrace, W. Cranford Ave., Cary St., Azalea Dr.—and ends in the St. John Church Parking Lot.
