Lifeline Duathlon benefiting 232-HELP is a Lafayette, Louisiana multi-sport event that raises funds for 232-HELP. The course consists of a 2-mile run, a 10-mile bike segment, and a final 2-mile run. Solo competitors can take on the full distance, or participants can form 2-person or 3-person relay teams to share the legs.
