LifeSong Dash

The LifeSong Dash 5K is an annual running event held in Clifton Park, NY, benefiting LifeSong, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This USATF-sanctioned race features an "out and back" course that challenges participants with hills and straightaways, making it suitable for runners of all abilities. The event also includes a Junior Dash for kids, food trucks, live music, and various activities.
