About the race
Lincolnway Run in Wheatland, Iowa, is a community race tied to Cal-Wheat Fun Days. The event offers 5K, 1-mile, and Kids’ 1/4-mile options, described as fast and flat with an out-and-back course along the historic Lincoln Highway to the east of town, starting and finishing at Wheatland Park. The race welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers and serves as the kick-off for a weekend of community activities.
Proceeds support a grant-match fund for the Lincolnway Trail, a multi-use trail connecting Calamus and Wheatland, via the Lincoln Highway. The day also features family-friendly activities throughout the town. Location: 110 E.
