Lion King Backyard Ultra

The Lion King Backyard Ultra is an ultramarathon held at Lions Club Park in Rolla, Missouri. This unique race features a 4.167-mile loop that runners must complete every hour, with the course transitioning from a scenic dirt trail through mature forests and cedar groves by day to a flat, paved trail alongside a creek at night. The event continues until only one runner completes an additional lap beyond all others, with no set finish time or distance.
