Lisa Wade 5K Run

The Lisa Wade Annual 5K Run, held in Westernport, Maryland at Creekside Park, is a community-focused event sponsored by the Georges Creek Soccer Club. Celebrating its 25th year, the event features a 5K run, a 1.5-mile fun run/walk, and a free kids' race called Corey's Dash Around The Park. Proceeds support the Lisa Wade Scholarship, awarded to student athletes at Mountain Ridge and Southern Garrett High Schools.
