Logistics and awards
Packet pick up is available on February 12 at Lucky Road Run Shop Fredericksburg and on race day at a packet pick up tent near the start/finish line. Parking is available at the Massad Family YMCA (212 Butler Road, Falmouth, VA); participants are asked to use the back parking lots near the water park and Pratt Park because basketball leagues will be using some parking areas that morning.
All finishers will receive a custom race mug in place of a medal. The finish area will include sweet treats. Awards include recognition for top finishers and for best Valentine’s-themed outfits. Age-graded awards are used: Overall top 5 (male and female combined) and top 5 in each age group (male and female combined). Age groups listed are 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Age-graded awards are based on standardized tables and use age-graded percentages rather than raw finish times.
