LSSC Monster Dash

The LSSC Monster Dash is a family-friendly running event held at Lake-Sumter State College's Leesburg Campus in Florida. Featuring 5K and 10K race options, the course offers scenic views around Silver Lake, providing a fun and festive atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes, adding a playful Halloween spirit to the event.

All registered runners receive a t-shirt and medal (for early registrants), and the race is timed with awards for top finishers in various age groups. The event also includes a costume contest with trophies. Proceeds support the LSSC Foundation, benefiting scholarships and education at the college.
