Macedonia Trail Race

The Macedonia Trail Race, held annually in Macedonia Brook State Park in Kent, Connecticut, offers trail runners a unique experience with its lush forest trails, challenging climbs and descents, and stunning viewpoints including Cobble Mountain, where runners can see the Catskill Mountains on clear days. Now in its 7th year, the race features three distances: 12K, 25K, and 50K. The 25K is part of Connecticut’s Blue Blazed Trail Running Series.

The courses include technical single track, road sections, and significant elevation gains—3,500+ feet for 25K and 7,000+ feet for 50K. Post-race festivities include food, hydration, and awards.
