Macon Music Half Marathon
The Macon Music Half Marathon, held annually in Macon, Georgia, is a scenic 13.1-mile race celebrating the city's rich musical heritage. The 2025 event, its third edition, starts and finishes at Carolyn Crayton Park (Central City Park) and passes iconic sites such as the Grand Opera House, Little Richard’s home, Capricorn Studios, and the Otis Redding Foundation. The course also ends at historic Luther Williams Field.
The race offers a festive atmosphere with aid stations, commemorative medals, and long-sleeve shirts for participants. Walkers are welcome, but no bikes, pets, or skates are allowed.
