Magic for Maddie : Holyoke, MA
Magic for Maddie takes place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Ashley Reservoir, 258 Whitney Ave, Holyoke, MA 01040. The event is organized by a registered 501(c)(3) charity (EIN 93-3857158). Organizers state that 100% of funds raised support research, assist families, and provide local impact. Race timing services are provided by Second Wind Timing.
Events, entry fees and extras
The event program includes a 5K, a 2 Mile Walk, a carnival option, and a virtual participation option. Distances:

Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K, Family Fun Walk + Carnival, and Carnival ONLY; $15 for ages 1–14; and a $100 family maximum. The Virtual Participant fee is $25 and includes a Magic for Maddie medal that is mailed after October 18, 2025. Registrations for the in-person events include one free ice cream or drink ticket and carnival access. There is a T-shirt registration deadline of September 28; after that date, a limited number of shirts may be available at bib pick up but are not guaranteed. Fundraising is optional; the registration system creates personal fundraising pages and fundraisers receive a Hawaiian lei at registration.
