The Maumee Holiday Hustle is scheduled for Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Maumee, Ohio (601 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537). The event program includes the following distances:

- 5K Run/Walk
The Elf Fun Run is open to children age 12 and under and is untimed. The 5K and the walk start and finish in front of the Maumee Indoor Theater.
Course, registration, and awards
The 5K course is accurately measured and includes one water station. The first and last quarter mile use the holiday parade route. The walk is non-competitive.
Entry fees include an early bird rate of $25 for registrations postmarked or submitted online by November 16, 2025; late online registration from November 16 to November 29 is $30 (limited shirt availability); race day registration is $30 and does not include a shirt. Pre-registered participants by November 16 will receive a Holiday Hustle shirt. Early packet pickup and late registration are available at Second Sole, 4130 Levis Commons Blvd, Perrysburg, OH on Saturday, November 29.
Awards in the 5K include overall male/female, overall masters (40+), grand masters (50+), age-group awards at least three-deep, and gift certificates for top overall finishers. Special awards are given for best illuminated and most creative holiday costumes. Prizes are offered to the first 50 finishers in the Elf Fun Run.
