Mcclellan Madness

McClellan Madness is an annual trail running event held at the McClellan Bike Trails in Anniston, Alabama, celebrating its 5th anniversary in 2026. The race features 4-hour and 8-hour options on a 4.1-mile single-track loop with about 300 feet of elevation gain per lap. In 2026, the course will be run counterclockwise for a fresh challenge.

The trail is runnable with some rocky sections but not highly technical. Aid stations at the start/finish provide snacks, drinks, and vegan options, with a cupless policy in place.
