Med City Marathon

Med City Marathon, presented by ActivePT, is Rochester, Minnesota’s premier weekend of running. The centerpiece is a Boston Qualifier/USATF-certified full marathon, complemented by a Full Marathon Relay, GPC Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay, and the Med City 20 Miler, plus a family-friendly Altra FCU 5K, Back2Back Half and Full challenges, and a Corporate and Community Team 5K. The event also features a Kids Run, a PRIDE edition, and a Health & Wellness Expo with local arts booths.
