Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon

The DQ 14th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike takes place in Medford Lakes, New Jersey, featuring a scenic course with a clean lake swim from a private beach, a two-loop 17.2-mile bike ride through local roads, and a flat, out-and-back 5K run. The triathlon includes a 1/4 mile swim, 17.2 mile bike, and 5K run, while the duathlon consists of a 2-mile run, 17.2-mile bike, and 5K run. The event also offers aquabike and relay options.
