Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon

The DQ 14th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike takes place in Medford Lakes, New Jersey, featuring a clean lake swim with a private beach, a 17.2-mile bike course over two loops through scenic local roads, and a flat, out-and-back 5K run. The triathlon includes a 1/4 mile swim, 17.2-mile bike, and 5K run, while the duathlon consists of a 2-mile run, 17.2-mile bike, and 5K run. Aquabike participants complete the swim and bike legs only.
