Mentoring Matters 5K

The 4th Annual Mentoring Matters 5K is a run/walk event held at Forest Park (Monkey House) in Springfield, Massachusetts. Organized by the Follow My Steps nonprofit, it raises awareness for mentorship in under-resourced communities. Participants can register individually or as teams, with options to fundraise.

A youth discount and a limited-availability tee shirt are included with registration. The event also offers a virtual 5K option, allowing participants to complete their chosen activity anytime before August 25th. Proceeds support youth empowerment programs such as mentoring, career development, and financial aid.
