Merrill’s Mile is a challenging ultramarathon event held at Camp Frank D. Merrill in Dahlonega, Georgia. The race features a USA Track & Field certified 0.9951-mile paved loop with a 12-foot width and about 10 feet of elevation gain per lap.

Participants can choose from 6-hour, 12-hour, 24-hour, and 48-hour race options, with runners changing direction every six hours. The course includes a fully stocked aid station offering a variety of foods and drinks throughout the event. Camping is available on-site, and the race takes place in July, known for hot and humid conditions.
