Midnight Climb 6K
The Midnight Climb 6K is a unique nighttime running event held in Louisville, Kentucky, starting near the gate at Uppill Road. This 6-kilometer race features a challenging course that begins with a climb up Rundill Road hill, loops around Iroquois Park Road and Toppill Road, and finishes with a downhill stretch, making each mile progressively easier. Participants are encouraged to bring glow sticks and lights to enhance the festive atmosphere, with a glow-in-the-dark arch marking the start and finish lines.
Runners must wear a headlamp or flashlight for safety. After the race, runners enjoy MoonPies as a treat and receive a special glow-in-the-dark 2025 Midnight Hill Climb pin. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
