Miles 4 Smiles 5K is a charity-focused 5K Run/Walk held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Neshaminy State Park in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The event raises funds for a charitable cause, with proceeds directed to the organization, and is professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.
