Miles for Migraine Massachusetts

Miles for Migraine Massachusetts 2025 is the 8th annual event held at Carson Beach (Mother's Rest Area) in South Boston. It features a 2-mile untimed walk and a professionally chip-timed 5K run, both designed to raise funds for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research.
