Miles for Migraine - New York 2025 is the 5th annual event held at Randall's Island, featuring a 2-mile untimed walk and a professionally timed 5K run. This fundraiser supports migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, benefiting local headache centers including Montefiore, Mt. Sinai, Weill Cornell, and NYU Langone.
