Miles for Migraine North Carolina

Miles for Migraine North Carolina is an annual event held at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, featuring a 2-mile walk and a professionally timed 5K run. Now in its 7th year, this fundraiser supports migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, benefiting the Comprehensive Headache Program at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Miles for Migraine’s programs. Participants can enjoy a community atmosphere with speakers, sponsor booths, and a festival area.
