Millersylvania Trail Races

Millersylvania Trail Races, held at Millersylvania State Park in Olympia, Washington, offer 50K, 25K, 10K, 5K and a 12-hour solo option on August 30, 2025. The 5K loop runs through old-growth forest and along waterways, with about 100 feet of elevation gain per loop; 50K/25K are multiple loops, while the 12-hour participants may log as many laps as possible. Start/finish is on the eastern shore of Deep Lake near the campground.

The route blends wide trails, single-track, a brief boardwalk, and light gravel, with clear signs and aid stations. Proceeds support Interfaith Works Emergency Overnight Shelter; cups are discouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
