Mistletoe Run

The Mistletoe Run is an annual festive running event held in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, hosted by the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina. Celebrating its 42nd year, the event features a USATF-sanctioned half marathon, a 5K, and a 1-mile Fun Run, suitable for runners of all levels. The course has been updated and improved for a better experience.

The family-friendly atmosphere includes bounce houses, music, cheerleaders, community mascots, and donuts at the finish line. Participants receive race shirts, with medals awarded to half marathon and 5K finishers. Proceeds support youth programs like swim lessons and summer camps in the community.
