Mistletoe Run

The Mistletoe Run is an annual festive running event held in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, hosted by the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina. Celebrating its 42nd year, the event features a USATF-sanctioned half marathon, a 5K, and a 1-mile Fun Run suitable for all ages and skill levels. The course has been updated and improved for a better experience.

The race atmosphere is family-friendly, with entertainment including bounce houses, music, cheerleaders, community mascots, and donuts at the finish line. Participants receive race shirts, and finishers of the 5K and half marathon earn medals. Proceeds support youth programs and financial assistance in the community.
