Event overview
The Monster Dash 5K is the 16th annual run held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The event takes place on the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk near Jenkinson's Aquarium. Chip timing is provided by Elite Racing Systems. The event includes a post-race party at Jenkinson's Pavilion where a custom lunch is provided for the first 250 registrants. Water stations will be available on course.

Logistics and awards
Registration and shirt guarantees: T-shirt sizes are guaranteed through October 9, 2025. Registration deadlines shown include October 9 and October 20, 2025 for specific entries; the 5K entry fee increases after October 9, 2025. Entry fees listed in the event information include a 5K fee and a $20 fee for the 1 Mile Fun Run and T-shirt purchase option. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race and on race day at event pickup locations in Point Pleasant Beach. The races are held rain or shine; refunds are not offered, but bib numbers can be transferred between people.
Awards include top Male, Female, and Nonbinary finishers for the 5K, top costumed finishers by gender, five-year age group awards, and multiple costume category awards. Medal awards are noted for 1 Mile finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
