Race format, entries, and post-race details
The 5k is a chip timed road race that starts at the high school and finishes in the Moorpark High School stadium. The 1M fun run will be held on the track and is specifically for children age 11 and under. All participants age 11 and under who complete the 5k receive a finisher medal; all 1M participants receive finisher medals. Registration fees include a race t-shirt; shirts are only guaranteed for registrations completed by Sunday, January 25, 2026. Post-race activities include an awards ceremony with age-group medals, refreshments, vendors, and a raffle of prizes donated by local businesses. Listed entry fees at the time shown are $32.80 (including a $2.80 fee) for the 5k and $22.20 (including a $2.20 fee) for the 1M, with prices increasing after December 28, 2025.
