Event overview
The Moose & Goose Wine Run is a chip-timed 5k held at Moose & Goose Winery, 6300 Middle Rd B, Temple, TX 76501, on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Registration and race details
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle stopper, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a pour of wine. The event is open to ages 1-99; minors receive a discounted registration that includes shirt, medal and bib but not the wine glass or wine pour. Entry fees listed on the event page show different pricing tiers and a price increase deadline.
Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. Age group awards are offered by ten-year categories, with custom awards for the top three finishers in each age group; awards must be picked up the day of the event. Walking is allowed. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site.
