Terrain is primarily ranch and hill country single-track with open pastures, technical sections, short climbs, rocks, ravines, creek beds, bluffs, and river views.
Course markings include orange caution tape, yellow arrows, and many confidence markers; reflectors are used for dark-hour visibility. Basic aid station support is provided; runners can place their own supplies approximately every 5 km. Drop bag service is not provided. All races are chip timed with ankle chips; gun time is used for official results and awards. Pacers are not allowed. Awards: Top 3 overall and Top 1 masters (50+) per distance. Camping rules and a spectator vehicle fee apply at the ranch. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
