Logistics, requirements and services

This is a remote mountain event with very limited internet and cell service. There is no live tracking through aid stations; finish-line results are posted live and race operations use paper tracking and HAM radio to communicate with aid stations. All entrants and waitlisters must complete eight hours of trail work (completed after October 1 and by September 1) and submit a signed form; failure to meet this requirement may forfeit a race spot. Parking at Olallie Lake Resort is limited and carpooling is recommended. Finishers receive a belt buckle and a finisher pint glass; additional awards include special buckles for finishes under 24 hours, top finishers, age-group and non-binary awards, and raffle prizes. The race acknowledges the traditional homelands of the Molalla, Tenino, and the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
