Event overview
The Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot is a community 5K run hosted by Lakeland Hills Family YMCA on Thursday, November 27, 2025. The start location has been moved to Wildwood Elementary School, 51 Glen Rd, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046. The event is held rain or shine. Walkers and strollers are welcome; dogs, bikes, scooters, skates and similar items are not allowed. Ages 2 and under are free.
Registration and race details
The event uses a USATF certified course (NJ25032MNS) and is a Paul Miller Grand Prix event (500 points). Entry fees are $35 through November 19, 2025, and $40 beginning November 20, 2025. Participants who register by November 10 are guaranteed a t-shirt. Packet pick-up is preferred on November 25 and November 26 at Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, 100 Fanny Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046 (pick-up hours listed by the organizer). Race-day packet pick-up is available at the start location. Amenities listed by the organizer include a DJ, coffee and hot chocolate, and snacks.
